WHAT IS SingaporeAN cuisine?
Singaporean cuisine is diverse, and contains elements derived from several ethnic groups as a result of its history. It is primarily made up of 4 main ethnicities, the Chinese, Malays, Indians and Eurasians. The explosion of different flavour profiles paired with traditional recipes and cooking methods is what makes the cuisine much loved. In Singapore, food is viewed as a unifying cultural thread and a national pastime. There is an abundance of variety in the cuisine.
